This will take you to your shopping cart where all your selections are itemized, including price, quantity and totals. You then have a choice of continuing shopping, removing an item, or checking out with PayPal after selecting a shipping method. If you wish to have your order shipped to a different address, you will be given the opportunity to fill out a form for special instructions, but only after the transaction is approved.

To Order Multiple Items

When you add items to your shopping cart, you are given a choice of quantity 1, 2 or 3. However, if you wish to order more, say 5 of the same item, simply order 3, click ‘continue shopping’ on the shopping cart page (which will take you back to the previous item page), then add 2 more. This way, you can add (and remove) items to get the quantity you want.

Checking Out with PayPal

The ‘note’ field is provided as an option for adding special shipping instructions. As an alternative, you can click the ‘return’ link, “return to Venus Naturals and our special instructions form”.

To order by Mail

If you do not wish to order online or do not have a major credit card, you can send in your order by mail. Instead of ‘checking out’, click the ‘Order By Mail’ button. This will take you to a special mail order form that will already include all of your order information. The printable mail order form will have instructions for mailing, a shipping information section to fill out, and a special section for adding special instructions (such as a different shipping address from your billing address). Your order will be confirmed by telephone or e-mail.

To pay by Western Union

If you do not wish to order online, do not have a major credit card and do not want to send your order by mail, you have the option of paying by Western Union. Contact us for details.

Shipping methods and rates

The following shipping methods and rates are offered before you check out:

CANADA — regular mail, $8.00 (up to 500 gm), $10.00 (total weight of parcel is over 500 gm) — delivery within 2 weeks
CANADA — XpressPost, $12.00 (up to 500 gm), $15.00 (total weight of parcel is over 500 gm) — delivery within 2 – 5 business days, depending on distance from Toronto

Parcel Weights

Total parcel weight is automatically calculated as you add items to your shopping cart, and this total weight is displayed before you check out. The calculation is based on product weight plus packing materials.
